About the Film

On June 27, 2026, Possibilities, the American Foundation for the Blind’s award-winning documentary film, will be available to audiences nationwide. Debuting on Helen Keller’s 146th birthday, Possibilities explores what Helen Keller’s legacy means today through the experiences of people who are blind or have low vision. It is also the first feature-length documentary released with open audio description for all audiences.
