Administrative Assistant, Southeast ADA Center
Cyndi Smith is the Administrative Assistant of the Southeast ADA Center which is a project of the Burton Blatt Institute at Syracuse University and one of ten regional centers on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the ADA National Network. With funding from the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDDR) of the U.S. Department of Education, the Southeast ADA Center provides information and technical assistance to facilitate voluntary compliance with the ADA.
Ms. Smith has over 20 years Executive Administrative experience in the boating industry. She has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education/Science from Grand Canyon University, and also holds a Georgia Teaching Certificate.
Cyndi, over the years, has worked in the U.S. and internationally with individuals who are underpriviledged through private and faith-based organizations. She has two brothers with disabilities and has also worked in the past with children with learning disabilities.
