Eric Lipp, from Chicago, Il is the Founder/Executive Director of Open Doors Organization (ODO), he founded ODO in 2000 after experiencing restrictions, due to illness, people with disabilities face in everyday life. He has worked with dozens of airports globally, partners with over 40 carriers across the world and works closely with many wheelchair service providers. His 5 market studies on travelers with disabilities are considered the definitive voice of people with disabilities. He was appointed to the U.S. Travel and Tourism Advisory Board in 2022 as well as the TSA’s Aviation Security Advisory Committee in 2018. He is also a member of multiple advisory boards for multiple airlines, airports, cruise lines and tourism organizations.
