Events Manager – Great Plains ADA Center
Mrs. Tucker is a Missouri native currently living in New York state. After graduating from Van-Far High School in Vandalia, MO she attended Southeastern Academy in Kissimmee, FL where she studied the travel and hospitality industry.
In 1995 she started her career with the Great Plains ADA Center as Office Manager. In 1997 she assisted with the Access Midwest Conference which was developed by Nebraska Vocational Rehabilitation and Nebraska PVA. In 1998 she played a key role in further developing this conference into the first regional ADA Symposium. Due to its huge success, it quickly evolved into the National ADA Symposium we know today. After almost 30 years, she still loves what she does and enjoys seeing all the old and new faces at every conference.
Lisa is the proud mother of two sons, Lukas & Jonah, loving wife of husband David; and the very proud grandma of granddaughter Olivia. She enjoys reading, crocheting, creating stained glass, and sitting on her quiet front porch swing in the country.
