Public Policy Director, Tennessee Disability Coalition
Melanie Bull is the Public Policy Director for the Tennessee Disability Coalition. The Tennessee Disability Coalition is a cross-age, cross-disability coalition of member agencies that works to ensures self-determination, independence, empowerment, and inclusion for people with disabilities. In her role at the Coalition, Melanie is responsible for handling all statewide public policy issues, legislation before the Tennessee General Assembly and voting issues.
Prior to the joining the Coalition, Melanie has had a variety of experience with the Tennessee General Assembly beginning with a state legislative internship. From there, Melanie worked several election cycles in a variety of positions ranging from statewide to federal races. Melanie attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee where she studied political science and economics.
