Retired Kentucky Special Education teacher, consultant, and coach
Sally A. Miracle is a retired Kentucky Special Education teacher, consultant, and coach. She has worked in public and private schools and residential settings for individuals with disabilities for over 35 years. Sally has been an adjunct professor at the University of Kentucky, has served on multiple agency boards, and is a member of numerous professional organizations that support individuals with disabilities. She has developed websites, online modules, and virtual professional developments for school staff. Sally is an engaging speaker and trainer to school staff and caregivers of individuals with disabilities. Sally’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to ASD, Intellectual Disabilities, Peer and Natural Supports, Inclusion, Accommodations and Modifications of Academics and Environmental Supports, Age Respectful Materials, Functional Behavior Analysis, Reinforcement, Para Educators, Social Skill Instruction, IEP Development, Data Collection, Co-Teaching, and Transition for Students with Disabilities.
