Steven Mendelsohn Attorney and advocate Steven Mendelsohn is the author previously of books on assistive technology funding and on tax law for people with disabilities, and now of People With Disabilities and Employment Law.

Mr. Mendelsohn has served in a variety of research, advocacy and consulting settings (including between 2001 and 2008 as principal consultant to the National Council on Disability’s Annual Report to the President and Congress, and including between 2008-13 with the Burton Blatt Institute), working for the full participation and the economic and legal equality of all persons with disabilities.

A transplanted New Yorker, he and his wife live in California. He welcomes your comments on his book and hopes you will be able to put the information it contains to good use.
